Billing and Plans
Velauth sells two plans. Solo supports 1 admin and 1 AD domain. Team supports up to 10 admins, unlimited domains, RBAC delegation, and second-approver workflows. MSP and Enterprise are planned.
Every new organisation starts with a free 45-day trial.
Buy or manage a plan
Section titled “Buy or manage a plan”- Open Settings, Billing.
- Review the plan, status, and renewal or expiry date.
- Select Manage subscription.
- Complete plan, payment, and invoice tasks in the billing portal.
After the trial
Section titled “After the trial”When the trial ends without an active subscription, the organisation is read-only. Buy a plan through the billing portal to restore paid capability.
What this does not do
Section titled “What this does not do”Billing does not change an operator’s role or Active Directory permissions. Plan access and role permissions are separate.
