Reports

The Reports page can map audit evidence to control topics and support your own audit. It is not a certification.

Create a report

1. Open Reports from the navigation.
2. Select Generate Report.
3. Review the posture snapshot for the selected domain.
4. Select Save PDF to choose a location for the report PDF.

Download a signed evidence pack

1. In Signed evidence pack, choose a start and end date.
2. Select Download evidence pack.
3. Save the JSON file locally.

The evidence pack contains the audit-trail material returned for the date range. If the range reaches its row limit, the page identifies that the result was truncated.

Schedule reports

1. Open Settings, Scheduled reports.
2. Configure the email server details.
3. Create a schedule with a name, cadence, recipients, and whether to include names.
4. Preview the report or send it now before relying on the schedule.

Scheduled reports email an account-hygiene summary. The Agent enforces its recipient-domain rules.

What this does not do

Reports do not certify an organisation or its controls. A report or evidence pack is material for the customer’s own review.
