Operator Roles

Roles control what members can do in an organisation. Open Settings, Roles to view built-in roles and custom roles.

Built-in roles

• Primary Owner has every permission and is the organisation creator.
• Owner has every permission, including billing and organisation deletion.
• Admin manages members, roles, settings, and directory operations, but not billing or organisation deletion.
• Member performs standard directory operations and can read audit data and generate reports.
• Auditor has read-only member, directory, and audit access.

Custom roles

1. Open Settings, Roles.
2. Select New role if your permissions allow role management.
3. Name the role and select only the permissions your organisation needs.
4. Save the role, then assign it from Settings, Members.

Built-in roles can be viewed but not edited. You can grant only permissions that you hold.
