Group Policy

Group Policy lists Group Policy Objects, their links, versions, and health information. It is read-only. Velauth never changes Group Policy.

Review Group Policy

Section titled “Review Group Policy”
  1. Open Group Policy from the navigation.
  2. Search by name or GUID, or use the Problems, Unlinked, or Empty filters.
  3. Select a policy to view its details, links, version information, and health findings.
  4. Select History to review recorded versions.
  5. Select two history entries to compare their setting differences.
  6. Select Export CSV to save the displayed inventory.

The page identifies incomplete checks when it cannot read all links or SYSVOL files. It can also show when directory and SYSVOL versions differ.

What this does not do

Section titled “What this does not do”

It does not edit, link, unlink, import, restore, or otherwise change Group Policy. Review and make any changes in your Group Policy administration tools.
