Settings
Open Settings from the left navigation. Sections can be unavailable when your role does not include the needed permission.
Use Profile to view account and plan details. Security & Sign-in covers two-factor authentication, locking the session, and signing out. Appearance controls theme and row density. Shortcuts lists available keyboard shortcuts.
Domains and Agents
Section titled “Domains and Agents”Use Domains to add, connect, disconnect, or forget a forest. Testing a connection asks the selected Agent to probe the controller. Desktop does not make an LDAP connection.
Use Agents to mint or revoke enrollment tokens when your role permits it. Copy a newly minted token before closing it because it is shown once.
Organisation
Section titled “Organisation”Use Members to manage membership when permitted. Use Roles to view built-in roles and manage custom roles. Use Billing to view plan status and open the billing portal.
Application
Section titled “Application”General sets the default Users-page filter. Alerts, Caller verification, and Bulk approvals have their own guides in this site.
Privacy & data
Section titled “Privacy & data”Use Privacy & data to download a JSON copy of your account details, organisation memberships, recorded consent, and audit entries for actions you performed. You can also request account or organisation deletion. A deletion request is recorded, then Velauth confirms by email before anything is deleted.
Support
Section titled “Support”Use Support to generate a diagnostic ZIP and choose where to save it. It includes basic system and licence information and a redacted sample of local audit entries.
